Liquidation Avenue – Online Return & Exchange Policy

All online sales are final. Liquidation Avenue does not offer refunds on online purchases.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included where applicable. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

All returned items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is approved.

Online & In-Store Purchases

Our online store and physical retail stores operate separately. Items purchased online may only be exchanged for eligible merchandise available through our online store and cannot be exchanged for merchandise from our physical stores.

Online purchases must follow the online exchange process and cannot be exchanged at a physical Liquidation Avenue location.

Purchases made at a physical Liquidation Avenue location are subject to the applicable in-store policy and cannot be returned or exchanged through the online store.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an online exchange or store-credit request. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Liquidation Avenue is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items

For health and hygiene reasons, undergarments, bras, swimwear, and other designated hygiene or personal-use products are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Items specifically marked “Final Sale” are also not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
