Exchange or Store Credit — No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery or purchase, with proof of purchase.

Online & In-Store Purchases

Our online store and physical retail stores operate separately. Items purchased online can only be exchanged for other items available through our online store and cannot be exchanged for merchandise from our physical stores. Online purchases must follow the online exchange process and cannot be exchanged in-store. Likewise, items purchased at a physical Liquidation Avenue location must follow the in-store exchange policy.

Item Requirements

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Inspection Process

Once an item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. Approved items may be exchanged for another eligible online item or issued store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an online item back for exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, bras, and select personal items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
